Entering his personal data into the computer's data base takes some concentration but is quite easy.
The audience watches the proceedings with great interest. Claudia Nuber invites them to ask her whatever interests them and thus they gain an understanding of what is going on.
The relationship between the coachee and Claudia Nuber is quite relaxed and easy now.
However, a lot of serious thinking is being done...
Soon the coachee realizes:
"Well, it's not that difficult to look for my strengths and what I am an expert in!"
Claudia Nuber's skilled questioning helps him to enthusiastically discover that some hidden strengths are waiting to be developed.
He proudly declares:
"Wow, I really have some expertise!"
