I am an active and internationally Credentialed Member Coach of the who adheres to a form of coaching that honors the client as the expert in his/her life and work and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. Standing on this foundation, my responsibility in the coaching partnership is to:

- Encourage my client's self-discovery
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
- Hold my client responsible and accountable
My coaching and consulting work is based on a holistic respect for a person's individuality. It is objective and free from pre-judgment. I strive to support others in their quest to develop their skills, careers and personality and truly want the best for my clients.
My competence is based on long-term business experience with the world's leading companies together with well-founded training in solution-focused coaching and systemic counselling.
